Bike ride imageOur Managing Director Paul Anderson and Service Manager Mark Trafford will be taking part in a charity bike ride from London to Paris this July to raise money for Sobell House Hospice. Sobell House Hospice is an Oxford based charity who offer physical, psychological and social care to those facing life-threatening illness, death and bereavement. The charity focuses on quality of life, taking into account the needs of each individual and respecting the dignity of all users of the service. Paul and Mark will spend 4 days in the saddle, cycling 308 miles from capital to capital. They will set off from London on the 19th July and arrive in Paris on the 23rd. Paul Anderson, Managing Director of UPS Systems, said: "I'm really excited about the ride, it's going to be tough but Mark and I are up for the challenge. Knowing that we're raising money for such a worthy cause will really spur us on" The training starts now! Paul and Mark are hoping to raise £2,000 each for Sobell House Hospice by taking part in the ride.
